Cleopatra’s management has implemented a recommended COVID-19 Safety Plan so as to create and maintain a safe environment for all ladies, clientele and staff.
Protocols and procedures are in place to reassure that you can safely visit our venue. Further to this plan, we are adhering to all current COVID-19 Public Health Orders as well as minimising all risks in accordance with Work Health and Safety laws.
Requirements that are in place to promote your safety, whilst visiting our premises are outlined below.
Wellbeing of Staff & Patrons.
Conditions of entry have been displayed on signage visible before you enter our premises, and at reception. Staff, ladies and patrons who advise, upon being asked, that they are showing signs of, or are unwell, will be excluded from entering our premises. Further to this, any person who advises after being asked, that they have have returned from overseas, or from Melbourne, within the past 14 days will not be permitted entry. Staff and ladies have been provided with information and training on COVID-19 including where to get tested , physical distancing and cleaning. Further signage, where relevant, has been provided and placed throughout our venue for the benefit of all clientele and staff.
Physical Distancing.
We are ensuring that capacity in our venue does not exceed one person per 4 square metres of space (excluding staff), and that seating in waiting rooms (for patrons) and waiting areas (for ladies) complies. Where possible, we are ensuring that venue staff maintain 1.5 meters physical distancing at all times. Strategies to decrease risk of transmission have been discussed amongst staff and ladies. Measures to avoid crowding and promote social distancing will be in place, and we must also ensure that no gatherings occur immediately outside our premises.
Hygiene and Cleaning.
Housekeepers, cleaners and staff where relevant are ensuring that comprehensive and thorough cleaning protocols and procedures are maintained. Areas that have a high turnover of traffic, and all surfaces patrons and staff regularly touch will be regularly and thoroughly cleaned multiple times a day. Disinfectant solutions will be hospital grade and at an appropriate strength, and in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Hand sanitiser has been provided throughout the venue and in various multiple locations, for regular use by all. All linen towels and bedsheets will be laundered in appropriate disinfectant solutions. Bathrooms will be well stocked with hand soap and sanitiser, and paper towels or hand dryers, and signage recommending best washing practices will be in place. Staff will frequently use disinfectant surface wipes to clean equipment such as phones, keyboards, ATMs etc.
Record Keeping.
We are required to keep a record of a name ( first name only is acceptable ), and either a contact number or email address of all patrons, ladies and staff for a period of 28 days. We can assure you that this data will be stored confidentially and securely, and that this safety precaution has only been implemented for the purpose of tracing infections. After 28 days this data will be securely destroyed. We will also endeavour to make all staff and visitors aware of the COVIDSafe app and its benefits to support contact tracing if required.
Please be aware that more than the abovementioned requirements are in place, and that you are welcome to discuss our safety plan in person, when you visit.
